Today, Particle Health announced that it has appointed a new CEO.
New York, NY- May 15, 2023 – Particle Health, an interoperability platform that aggregates and delivers actionable patient data and insights to healthcare companies, today announced that it has appointed Jason Prestinario as the company’s next CEO, effective May 15, 2023. Troy Bannister, founder and current CEO, will continue with Particle as Chief Strategy Officer, where he will spearhead product innovation.

Jason joins Particle from Komodo Health, where he served as the general manager of the company’s Healthcare Solutions Business Unit and led the expansion of its data platform to reach the wider healthcare ecosystem including payers and providers. As an engineer-turned-operator, he started at Komodo as Head of Data Science and was appointed to product engineering leadership positions where he was instrumental in building and launching Prism and Sentinel, two of Komodo's most successful products. Prior to his time at Komodo, Jason was at Palantir Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
